We know that the most effective employee benefits are those understood and valued by employees themselves.  We also know that although organisations may be similar, no two are the same: for example cultures vary as do organisational objectives.

 

In recognition of this fact we developed e-Valuator.

 

e-Valuator has been designed to help employers engage with their employees to find out:

  •             what they think about their existing benefits
  •             the kind of changes they would like to see

We have found that by involving employees in this way, employers not only enhance benefit appreciation but are also able to focus their benefit spend on those areas which their employees value most.
