Wednesday 7th May 2008, 8.30am for breakfast, seminar 9.00am-11.00pm. This workshop will be held at our London office.
Stress can be perceived as something that if you talk about it, people may “catch it”. The more you make allowances for it, the more your employees may see it as a free ticket to time off. But is this the case – and can you mitigate the costs in your business?
Why manage stress?
- We all know absence and turnover cost, but often not the actual figures or the difference it could make to the bottom line of our business. It’s probably bigger than you think
- The legal risks are huge - stress has been a contributory factor in a number of recent profile cases
- As managers we know pressure is good for motivation. The trouble is, finding the line between optimum performance and burn out...
Throughout this workshop we'll share our independent knowledge and experience with you. You'll leave with a better idea of the risks affecting your business, and whether you need to take any action now.
Who should attend?
This workshop is aimed at:
- Those with management responsibility
- Anyone who is thinking about stress management, or health and productivity
- Organisations with between 5 and 2,500 employees.
To book your place you need to email beverley.lindo@pifc.com at least 5 days prior to the workshop.
