London Workshop: Employee Benefits Governance
Location: London
Tuesday 10th June 2008, 8.30am for breakfast, seminar 9.00am-11.00pm.
Governance of employee benefits is becoming widely adopted by medium to large companies. Organisations such as The Pensions Regulator (TPR) are emphasising the importance of governance processes due to the changing structure of UK benefits, including the decline in trust-based pension arrangements.
Why have governance processes?
To ensure:
- legislative and legal compliance
- the competitiveness and effectiveness of the benefits in place
To create:
- efficient and up to date administration processes
- a supportive environment
- effective employee engagement
Throughout this workshop we'll share our independent knowledge and experience with you. You'll leave with a better understanding of governance and why it can be beneficial to your business.
Who should attend?
This workshop is aimed at:
- Those with responsibility for employee benefits
- Anyone who would like their employee benefits strategy to operate in a cost effective, efficient and competitive way
- Organisations with between 250 and 2,500 employees.
We do not charge to attend this workshop, however we do ask attendees to consider a small donation of £25.00 to our chosen charity, the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation.
